Thank you for your review. As I have noted in other responses, we are a work in progress, and we are still on the journey to becoming a great company. It’s unfortunate that your experience is so far from the type of experience that I want for all employees at TRAC. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback. We will continue our efforts to improve. Rich Hediger, VP Human Resources

Hands-On Project Experience: Direct involvement in developing the RoadStar app offered valuable insights into product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing advanced Excel for budgeting, reporting, and analysis sharpened analytical skills and supported more informed decision-making. Enhanced Soft Skills: Regular presentations and stakeholder updates helped refine public speaking abilities, build confidence, and improve interpersonal communication.

Pros

Great pool of talented employees. Dedicated for sure.

Cons

The Mission. It changes midstream , that’s ok, however, senior leadership is almost dysfunctional at realigning strategy for their teams Mute is a word that comes to mind. Lots of Chiefs creating lots of emails and on and on goes. I think TRAC’s toxic culture what is it direct result when Lovetro took the reins. So you got a non-transportation guy, heading up a transportation company. Nuts. The Vitro somehow managed to take this incredible group, a very bright and talented employees, and just completely demoralize them. There should’ve been more due diligence, but that attitude permeated down through the company for years. Hopefully, with the Australian, you get a fresh point of view and some open mindfulness. I don’t know. I don’t know the guy.
