Flexible schedule, experience in baseball, great work environment

My favorite part about being an intern at TrackMan was the culture of the company. All of the other interns were also avid baseball fans, and this led to us enjoying many games together, as well as lively, thought-provoking discussion. The dress code was casual, and the overall work environment was very positive. I greatly enjoyed the work that I did there, as I felt that I learned a lot about baseball through it. My supervisors were always helpful and accommodating--it was always very clear that they cared a lot about the interns, which I appreciated.

The only negative for me was that it was very unclear to what extent long-term career opportunities existed for the interns. Ultimately I wasn't sure how much room for growth there was as a full time employee, but nonetheless I loved the internship.
