- As a stepping stone to other more rewarding careers. - Your starting out and you need an hourly job to put yourself through college. - Lunch is on you? As a cost saving measure, even if you are overnight on company business. - You want estimating to take 3 weeks instead of 3 days to get a quote out - They have an award winning web page?

- Job security is an issue. - TRACO has an issue supporting the dealer base in any type of consumer claims. - Products are expensive compared to other window companies getting the job done in the field. - Employee Morale is very low. - One person is recognized each year as the leader in sales. - You have to use your vacation each year or you will lose it. You are required to use vacation in weekly increments. - 401K choices are weak.
