Great mid-level recruitment job, you learn a lot and management is good at teaching - they set aside time for implementing new tech or explaining the "why" behind the processes they have. One-on-ones were used to review the candidates you have interviewed & make sure you didn't miss opportunities for them. A lot of great clients - I felt like I was able to help the people I recruited for find the right fit. Diverse industry partners. Fair/equal hiring practices. I am thankful I had time here under my belt to help in roles I have had since.

Small company which has it's perks, but not a lot of different paths to move up as far as taking on more responsibility. Financially, you get what you put into it.

Hybrid work schedule after 90 days

This company does not care about people at all. They will let you go for no reason without warning if you don’t immediately thrive. If you expect to be given a real chance to succeed, work anywhere besides here. Bad company & worse people.
