Pros
People are great. They really understand the concept of work/life balance. There are lots of opportunities for advancement too.
Cons
There are no yearly reviews or merit increases. The only way to increase your pay is to get a promotion. There is no PTO policy for the work at home agents. It almost feels as if the work at home employees are not thought of as real employees.
