Great opportunities for growth and development, especially for those without college degrees that are tenacious and wish to further grow and develop their careers. A lot of companies hold those people back, TRC typically does not, as it's leaders know that there is a large population of highly intelligent, skilled, professional people out there that just need an opportunity.
Cons
The way that Business Development is laid out and managed is less than ideal, and the BD staff are not held accountable for performing their jobs
