Pros
Some of the aspects of on-boarding and training very good. Provide a lot of professional development opportunities if you can stick it out and in are in a good group. The remediation group seems to be very well run and a lot of respect, support, and collaboration. The AMS, BSI, and PPL are broken - do not know about the other groups. Support and focus is very geographically lopsided.
Cons
Some divisions in the environmental group are very broken and toxic. Company is very siloed and is difficult to try to work with other groups. Some senior managers are 100% absentee and provide zero support. No respect for work-life balance; expected to miss child's birthday or personal events on week-ends if high maintenance client calls you at the last minute. 48 hours expected and comp time Friday afternoons goes against you. Need to watch your back here.
