      Good benefits, flexible schedule, fast paced

      Cons

      as others have stated here there is a problem with the way women are treated. No advancement opportunities, some employees aren't very professional, very much a "good ole boy" atmosphere

      Pros

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
