* Owned by Private Equity (New Mountain Capital), so there is a constant reminder to review specific time charges, expenses, low employee moral, zero bonus, and very cut-throat environment. *Lack of opportunities for career growth * Zero incentives for employees who generate business for the company. Executives reap all of the benefits. * Zero to 1% annual bonus * Offices spread across country and lack of management direction and oversight. * Lack of mentoring program * Management does not foster relationships with Clients so there is a continuous flux of cancelled projects and cost overrun issues.

Pros

The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

Cons

I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
