The people below the management level are great to work with.
Cons
Executive team is invisible. In the five years I worked there, no one from the executive team ever came around. They wouldn't know me if they bumped into me at WalMart. Project proposals are prepared with unrealistic man-hour estimates. And then you are constantly reminded by management that you are exceeding the hours. Very stressful. Lack of communication.
