Pros
Great people; colleagues were always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Amazing office location. For the most part, excellent upper management and supervisors.
Cons
They expect you to learn "on the job" if you're an entry-level hire; minimal time spent training. The constant multitasking was challenging, but that was also simply part of the job.
