Pros
Great place to work if it fits your niche. I've seen this company work great for some people and not so well for others. The company does value its employees, but that doesn't always translate into great pay and benefits (like most companies). There are a lot of passionate people leading TRC and so many intelligent and hard working coworkers. It's the people you work with that make a job rewarding and you will find that at TRC.
Cons
Like a lot of other larger firms, they keep pushing out non-billable expectations yet harp on sold time. Profits keep improving, yet employee benefits keep going down or getting more expensive.
