It used to be great. A big downhill side. No management communication with staff. Directors are dismissed regularly and constant re-organization without a plan or direction. Management says one thing to staff and does the opposite behind closed doors. Decisions are about benefits to senior leaders not the corporation or employees. 0% opportunity for staff career advancement
