Pros

Good training of InSAR data

Cons

The company has a crazy workload and lacks organization. Employees are expected to manage projects entirely from start to finish, with heavy micromanagement. Additionally, there is a mandatory 1-hour lunch break. Most of the team are looking for jobs to leave. If you're a workaholic, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding this company.

Pros

-There is a really good training in InSAR -Everyone in the GS team is supportive and understanding -Flexibility (hybrid job) -Great benefits -Possibility to do OT - Note that most of the previous reviews talk about the OT and the heavy workload. Although the company indeed has several projects, you can always say NO if you do not want to do it overtime and that is ok! From my personal experience, the work-life balance is defined by you and it is something that you can always discuss and re-evaluate with your manager.

Cons

Maybe re-think if so many weekly meetings are needed since they consume a big portion of the work hours. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind :)

Pros

Benefits, people don't demand you do overtime neither work on the weekend. They also put you into different trainings and conferences - good place to network overall.

Cons

Too much drama. They aren't very organized for a company that deals with top-notch tech, they don't have a very good workflow, and their policy of avoiding micro management at all costs backfires and hinders communication among the team members. Oh yeah, team work is virtually inexistend - you sometimes work ALONG with your colleagues but never share the responsabilities in a project. Min-maxing the amount of projects vs. people handling them. Some people would be assigned to be responsible for 5 projects each. Crazy workload, can't recommend that. Oh and the technical team leader is rude, very rude; he often snaps at you and doubts your technical capabilities. Unprofessional behavior in my opinion.
