Pros

Work related with client interactions was great.

Cons

No Compassion or empathy in humanitarian standards towards employees, Lack of appropriate leadership from upper management, gossip and hearsay play a huge key role with upper management supervisors. Will try to work you to the bone practically for crumbs if you let them, and if you don't, they compromise your salary and other incentives making your role unnecessarily stressful and tiring. I have Never worked for any company with such ill, inhumane morals on empathy and compassion towards an employee in need. If you are drowning, they will let you sink for little or nothing without any remorse. Shame...

Pros

Your commission checks will be great if you work at a brand new lease up property and you’ll meet some amazing people whether it’s your colleagues or even prospects and residents.

Cons

TRG, especially corporate, does not value their employees and treats them as if they are disposable. They do not care about their employers and only care about money. They allow residents to get away with any and everything even when the residents are abusive to the leasing team because the resident brings them money. When there are issues with leasing, instead of listening to the team for suggestions on ways to improve, they find ways to blame the team. There is hardly ever any positive feedback, it’s always negative. You’re constantly being told what you’re doing wrong and hardly ever acknowledged for what you’re doing right. You’ll be overworked without proper compensation for your hard work and then as soon as you make one mistake, there’s a target on your back. And please don’t be fooled by all the 5-star reviews, the corporate team harassed everyone to leave 5-star Glassdoor reviews last year.
