I wish this could be applicable

I recently underwent the hiring process with TRG and I must express my deep concern. It appears that the company's approach to recruitment is questionable, giving off a scam-like vibe and the impression of seeking unpaid ideas rather than genuine talent. They ask to devote no less than 4 days to a test task, and I wouldn’t recommend doing this unless you want to work for free. Furthermore, the unprofessionalism exhibited during the interview, particularly by the sales manager, was disappointing. Smoking during an interview and adopting a bold and rude communication style left a lasting negative impression. Such behavior raises doubts about the company's commitment to professionalism.
