Pros
Been able to negotiate working terms that work for well for myself (flexible days/hours, salary increase) when I felt that I was undervalued and burned out. Respected remote working fully - no chase to get into office.
Cons
There is pressure in the project I am working on, which could be better handled at management level by hiring and training additional people. This is something management has been working on recently, so not a cons per say.
