TRI-AD offers a unique take on their business model. They treat you like Family! The CEO even walks around and gets to know people by name even down to the entry level positions.They have been around for over 40 years and it shows what family bonding can do. They treat us with surprise raffles, give aways, massage visits, car was service, and even eye brow threading! I always look forward to the annual parties, one during the summer, one during the end of the year, and one in the beginning. It is a chance to be on the clock, hang out with coworkers, eat, drink and have a great ol' time! I sincerely appreciate the flexibility and autonomy that TRI-AD offers. I don't feel micro managed and everyday I am able to have impactful work and meaningful work. I Love My Job!
Cons
As with most small business, there can be unstructured ways of doing things and although there are BPMs and standardized operating procedures, there are some times when you have to be creative and make a new process in conjunction with management.
