The work environment is okay. Co-workers are friendly. Lunch is free two days a week.

VP does not handle conflict very well. Management does the best they can. Logistics manager seems unknowledgeable of field he is over. Tends to rely heavily on current employees to accomplish modern tasks and training of new employees.
