Pros

I did enjoy my time at TRIAEM. This is an exceedingly generous company in both pay and time off (benefits at large). There is a tremendous amount of flexibility should you have a family and/or in dealing with the natural issues which arise in life.

Cons

I would only say there is a lack of clear vision corporately or maybe there is and it just is not shared. There is a really great group of people in the front office.

Pros

Great culture. Great support and communication from Leadership team. Great compensation.

Cons

None really - as a smaller company there are fewer options for movement, but they are also actively growing.

Pros

TRIAEM was my second job upon retiring from the military. My first job was with a 400-person company, where I watched my benefits erode as it went through a series of mergers with incrementally larger companies. My carefully negotiated benefits package from that initial job went out the window with the merger into a mega-defense contractor. TRIAEM moves at the speed of light. The entire hiring process from initial interview with TRIAEM to being on contract with the government took less than a month. The majority of this process was waiting for the federal agency to cross-over my security clearance. TRIAEM was eager to continue using my security clearance, as well as my systems engineering and acquisition background. Over time, TRIAEM has rewarded me with successive leadership roles within the company working on various contracts at different federal agencies. TRIAEM promoted leaders within each contract to serve as mentors for the rest of the team. The leadership in the trenches gives the company a personal touch where you feel like your lead gets to know you as a person. TRIAEM's owners know every employee, every spouse, and every child in the company. They provide quality corporate swag throughout the year - North Face jackets, Eddie Bauer pull-overs, Yeti mugs, and Thule laptop backpacks.

Cons

The company organization is very flat. The organization structure flows from the owners, to the team leads, to the team members. There are limited opportunities for leadership roles within the company. TRIAEM compensates for this by working with the high-performers to place them in leadership roles within the contracts. All of TRIAEMs work is in the government sector. There are no opportunities to work in the commercial sector.
