Culture is critical to any organization, and TRIMEDX is intentional about promoting an environment of continuous improvement. People are at the center of everything we do. Many of the recent changes within the organization like, tools, technology and processes were made in response to feedback and ideas submitted by our associates via our TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS). In addition to the TIPS program, one of our core initiatives for the year is centered around improving work for our field-based associates and systematically reduce daily frustrations.
