Pros

My experience with TRP. The leadership in our Florida offices stands out for its exceptional commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. What I appreciate most is how the leaders are genuinely willing to listen to employees. They encourage open communication and value our feedback, which creates a culture of trust and collaboration. This approach not only enhances morale but also drives the collective success. Additionally, the consideration for family time is commendable. The management understands the importance of work-life balance and actively promotes policies that allow employees to prioritize their families without sacrificing their professional responsibilities. This thoughtful approach makes a significant difference in employee satisfaction and overall well-being. Overall, I highly recommend TRP to anyone looking for a workplace that values excellent leadership and prioritizes the needs of its employees. It's a great place to grow both personally and professionally! *Hard work is the key to unlocking opportunities and achieving success. The leadership not only promotes a supportive environment but also recognizes and rewards dedication and effort. When you’re willing to put in the hard work, it truly pays off, leading to personal growth and professional advancement. The combination of excellent leadership and a strong work ethic creates a thriving atmosphere where everyone can succeed. Keep pushing forward,

Pros

Great people to work with locally.

Cons

Corporate office was a bit hard to deal with. They had a lot of turn over in the accounting department. And every new hire had a different way of seeing how things should be done. Always was praised for my job. I was led to believe I did a great job. Walked in to work one day out of the blue and was terminated with no explanation. Still have no explanation as to why I was let go.
