      Amazing culture, leadership, and company product. Highly collaborative work environment with the best comradery among employees that I've ever seen. Very proud to have spent time here with this wonderful, talented, and intelligent team!

      not a TRUCE specific thing, but the target audience the company sells to is very slow-moving amidst the ongoing pandemic right now.

      Provide tools/software to help gain accounts

      Cons

      Leadership was terrible. Constantly yelling at and taking out frustrations on staff. We had officers come in from overseas and rip everyone appart in meetings threatening to fire people. Another time the CEO came in and berrated a sales rep for having a putter in the office on his lunch break. Not a great environment and executive leadership is the worst I have ever seen.
