Pros
Hybrid work schedule with some flexibility. They do team building so there are food trucks every few months for the employees. The buildings are very nice inside and out. It is a very clean work environment.
Cons
Our department was micromanaged. The HR lady plays favorites but hides it well. I later learned with two employees that I had issues with that she was the aunt of one and friends with the other's wife. I stuck around for about 18 months before finally calling it quits. The pay was low for my experience. The temps were coming in making more money and not much work. It is not a placed I'd recommend long term unless you are a service tech.
