Poor training, poor management, poor pay, Boring mind numbing work, the people who work in this call center talk negatively about each other. As soon as someone leaves every one starts making fun of them. People here are passive aggressive.. negative environment. No one respects the boss and they make fun of her as soon as she leaves too.
