      There is nothing good to say about this joke company.

      -THEY DID NOT PAY ME FOR HOURS OF WORK - Laughable and extremely unprofessional third world customer service - Scam artists - I literally proved to them I never received any payments and the customer service rep is not competent enough to handle the situation. - Immoral company, even their website looks like a high school student designed it in the early 2000's ironically.

      The work is fairly straightforward- be a user, record your experience, give feedback. The tricky part is articulating actionable information rather than vague platitudes.

      Cons

      Customers can grade poorly or reject work if it's not up to standards that are sometimes vague, but good work gets good grades.
