      Pros

      As a new college graduate I could not have asked for a better employer. TS Banking Group not only cares about their employees, but also invest in them. During my short time with the company I have been given several educational opportunities to grow including conferences and seminars. Not only is TS Banking Group supportive of my professional growth, but my personal growth as well. I have an awesome work and home life balance.

      Cons

      Located 20 minutes outside of Omaha, but on the bright side in the opposite direction of rush hour!

      Pros

      Relaxed management in IT. Work from home. Healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Outdated in more ways than I can describe. If you work here you will be going through a time portal and working in 2009. Staff is underpaid. The person training me made $7/h less than I did. The whole attitude is very "family based" but it feels more like high school drama. If you don't suck up and play politics then you will not fit in. HR offers career advancement but it is a joke really because you have to "play the game" to get noticed the way they want. Work/Life doesn't exist because they will expect you to work overtime on a whims notice.
