      Relaxed management in IT. Work from home. Healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Outdated in more ways than I can describe. If you work here you will be going through a time portal and working in 2009. Staff is underpaid. The person training me made $7/h less than I did. The whole attitude is very "family based" but it feels more like high school drama. If you don't suck up and play politics then you will not fit in. HR offers career advancement but it is a joke really because you have to "play the game" to get noticed the way they want. Work/Life doesn't exist because they will expect you to work overtime on a whims notice.

      Pros

      I am constantly amazed at how great of a company TS Banking Group is! The flexibility, family-like atmosphere, the culture, etc are all AWESOME perks of working for TS Banking Group. Not to mention, the ability to have your voice heard regardless of your level in the company; this is a huge benefit! Everyone is open to making it an overall great place to come to work every day. They are truly appreciative of all of the hard work that their employees put in and continue to challenge them to continue to grow and develop their careers!

      Cons

      I really can't think of any... the commute is easy, I love my job, I love my co-workers. Even on stressful days, I would still recommend TS Banking Group over any other employer. It is hard to beat the amazing culture of TSBG.
