      The training was outstanding, the training staff at the airport and at FLETC were excellent.

      Cons

      Toxic management, shortcuts at the checkpoint, noone cares about the SOP until something happens then its pin the tail on the TSO.

      Pros

      I have good benefits. The pay is up to pare with other government agencies.

      Cons

      There's a lot of push back on how to run things. The budget is not helping as well.
