      Pros

      Apparently there’s a new payment grade coming this month. This will put TSA pay close to other agencies. The job is not bad

      Cons

      Personnel. You only grow if you are part of the little group they have… Many officers unprepared for their position, specially leads… You must park 20 min away from the airport and take a bus to the airport. One of the most ridiculous things I ever seen.
