Pros
When I started it was good but after Kirk left and since CEO has started stepping back from some of the decisions it has gone down hill. CEO is a good person. He has worked his way up, so he appreciates and knows that every dime matters for not just the company but the employees.
Cons
WARNING:They will talk about being great to people and good to their employees. Working in the corporate office you see something total different. CHECK YOUR MORALS AT THE DOOR. If you are a hard worker and someone who proves themselves by showing your skills. They will work you to deaf while others are allowed to sleep at their desk and play with toys all day. Those people get that by brown nosing certain people. If you ask for help because you are overloaded you will get "You can do it. That is why you are paid better then (fill in the blank with another group in the companies name). Then the management you asked for help will go on vacation and leave you with even more work to do but act like you are asking for too much. SLAVE LABOR ANYONE. But you are not paid by your job market scale if you look a job market reviews. When you finally stress out an it shows they will write you up for creating a negative environment. Do not disturb the vibe for the brown nosers. If you are female especially ask for a tour when you are interviewed. You will see an EYE opening observation. The worker environment is a shark tank and the chum is in the water. They will be nice to your face and stab you in the back but they get it from all but the CEO management. While the management will stress they want every one to be friends. It is a popularity contest not work. If you didn't like high school prep clicks run away fast. The people making many of the employment decisions no want to hire as cheap as possible and make everyone disposable. Management will also think they do nothing wrong and will twist things into their benefit. If it is a negative to the employees they will blame the person with the complaint, the government, the job market. The employees when they are told it was a mandate by someone or that is what the job market is doing you better go see what the true law or market is actually doing. They are twisting something to their advantage and hurting the employees. Again check your morals at the door. And when you look for a new job and put in your notice you will be told you are unprofessional for giving your 2 week notice and will written off by all employees because management wants them to do it. And they have to brown nose to survive. The most childish company I have been with. It was not as childish when I started but as without Kirk and as the CEO steps out of some day to day decisions it has become a nightmare.
