Pros
Good salary. why not right? I enjoyed the daily tea breaks and the regular shopping trips to Vivo City where i can spend a couple of hours shopping without interruptions. There was once i even got a haircut done without anyone knowing.
Cons
Having worked here for 2 months, I would say it's a dead-end job with no possibility of advancement. First of all, the products we are working on have no chances of making it big. Do you think they can develop a unicorn app (like grab, shopee, etc)? Nah, not a chance at all. Whatever they are developing right now, there are many other better apps or services in the market. The reason why i am still staying in the company is because of the money they are paying. They are paying way above market rate and many others like me have nothing much to do.
