Leading semiconductor manufacturing company with strong culture in innovation. Senior management is quite strong. Based in Taiwan, but recently start to raise its visibility in China.
Cons
In terms of technology, TSMC is still following footsteps of Intel. TSMC's main strength is in cost-down and very carefully crafted expansion strategies; not in ground-breaking innovation.
