Good benefits and competitive annual package in Taiwan This is a good place for freshman to learn the attitude and methodology of work and become aggressive in work.
Cons
Everyone is only responsible for a very small piece of the company. It's hard to get the whole picture. The mechanism inside the company will prevent the information sharing from team members. It's easy to get bored after working few years here.
