- The managers plays the bad role here, making employees suffer together and creating a sense of bonding… -your manager will work a lot harder than you. They dont just sit and order people around - See construction making progress was cool, though it was delayed…
Cons
- It’s hard for you to do well in the company if you don’t speak Mandarin - Softwares are either outdated or internal. Can’t learn much in terms of modern in-demand skills -your onboarding experience is gonna suck… it gets better after ~ 1 year
