Pros
Working here has opened my eyes to what it took for TSMC to get to where they are now. A whole lot of commitment, tenacity and discipline
Cons
The same ingredients that made TSMC so successful in Taiwan also makes it challenging for it to adapt to a new environment and culture. There is still some ways to go before TSMC can truly call itself a global company but it will get there
