I'm happy you've seen first-hand the relaxed atmosphere as well as the engagement all the way to the highest levels in our company with our CEO and President. I know for a fact that both our CEO and President strive for TSP to maintain its culture and belief system even as we grow bigger and bigger. It's one of the most important things to them. What we have at TSP is special and they don't want that getting lost in the growth.
