We firmly believe one thing that sets us apart is our culture and I'm so happy you've seen that. I love that you say you are a respected member of a team and that you mention excellence, integrity and genuine concern. As I'm sure you know, "serving our clients with integrity" is part of our vision so it's awesome to hear some of our employees actually "feeling" that as well.
I absolutely hear you on the scheduling of events. With 650 employees nationwide and about 275 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, it's impossible to coordinate with everyone. However, I do think we could provide some better coordination between our largest hubs of employees and make every effort not to have overlap. As we've grown, we've definitely tried to still keep the events that make TSP special.
