TSP Response
5yHello and thanks for taking the time to provide both TSP as well as the Glassdoor community at-large your thoughts on your year spent with us so far.
It's great to hear that you find value in the things we very much try to afford our employees — a solid work/life balance, good people, and better benefits — those are awesome things to hear.
Unfortunately, I hear you about some of your vents. To counter any pay discrepancies , several years ago we put into place a system to notify our management team of an employee who has not had a pay increase in the previous year. As a direct result, the number of employee change forms being submitted and approved last year with just under $1M in merit increases being awarded to our deserving employees. Please keep in mind that this entire platform is anonymous, so I have no idea who you are or the work you do, so I'm not stating that your work has or has not been worthy of a raise in your year with us, but I am saying that if you feel it has, we empower our employees to have direct conversations with their managers to petition for a raise if they feels its deserved.
We value the work you do and the skills you bring to TSP, after all, we live by our motto — our product is our people. I would highly recommend having a conversation with your manager — layout the reasons you feel a merit raise is due.
Thank you again for being one of our #TSProckstars.
