Decent time-off benefits. Not much else.
Cons
Repeated refusals by company to accommodate for disabilities. Attempted retalation for EEOC complaint. Poor pay and no potential for raises. Supposed promotion provided no pay change. Violation of OSHA regulations. Completely dysfunctional team dynamics. HR not hepful at all when engaged (actually made issues worse).
