We're glad to hear that you were received warmly — that's the way it should be everywhere, but it also reinforces one of our core tenets that we aim to only hire the best and brightest to ensure things get done right the first time.
You mentioned your hope that your future workload will be reasonable — that's a great, valid point. If, at any point, you feel as though your workload or expectations have become unreasonable, please have a conversation with your manager — we strongly encourage direct and open communication, and the last thing we want to see is any employee internalize stress and feel as though they're opinions wouldn't matter or that they're not allowed to voice their concerns — especially about their mental health.
