Something that I like about TST and peoples... Work Culture: TST has a continuous learning environment and an amazing work culture. One thing I really admired is how they put the growth of team members first, even before the company’s growth. There’s no boss and-employee culture here, we all worked together as a team. Everyone had personal goals and opportunities for growth, which made it a very motivating place to work. Learning & Collaboration: I personally learned so much while working with the PM and my team members. Every project was a learning experience, and the support I received from the team helped me grow in ways I never expected. It wasn’t just work-it was about becoming better together. Supportive Leadership: The executives, like Daxesh bro and Hiren, and especially the PM, have been incredibly supportive. Even after I left the company, the PM went out of his way to provide financial support for my business, something I’ll never forget. It shows how much they care about people, not just employees. Team Spirit: The Start Today is a company where everyone is treated like a team member, not an employee. It’s full of great minds working together in a supportive and positive environment. I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve worked. Cheers to The Start Today..🥂
