      Pros

      Work 6 months a year for full-time pay. Not a bad place to work day-to-day.......Just don't get injured.

      Cons

      Top-heavy managemnt structures Inefficient & overly bureaucratic Little regard for crew incurring workplace injuries. In fact they have "Return to Work" liaisons who specialise in intimidation, misinformation and minimizing the company's exposure to workplace injury litigation.

      Clear structure, good team onboard, stable contracts, hands-on engine practice, safety training provided.

      Long time at sea, limited promotion chances, sometimes old equipment, communication gaps with management.
