I made a lot of personal friends at this company and overall learned a great deal.
Cons
Almost every department is set up like a call center, with most employees required to be in a call queue. Still required to get a lot of other work done in addition to taking calls with often little time actually off the phones. Favoritism among leadership in addition to upper management being incredibly out of touch with regular staff. I worked with many terribly miserable people who put in a lot of years at this company and I really think they believed that's just how it was everywhere. My mental health absolutely tanked.
