      Pros

      Health , dental and vision insurance. I thought pay was very good. There is a chance for bonus on your checks. Great team work where I was at.

      Cons

      I worked for TTEC 2 times and both of the jobs shut down so that left us laid off without a job.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
