      Pros

      There are work from home opportunities and the people I've worked with are great and very likeable and committed.

      Cons

      The pay is much too low based on the skill level, experience and degrees for a number of co-workers I've encountered. By the time they remove standard fees/taxes the checks are $7 and some change per hour.

      Thanks for the review! As much as we want to increase everyone's salary, we also consider the demands of the client. Commissions and incentives are generally handed over based on performance.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
