-You get what you sign up for. I knew going in that I was only going to work during the ACA Open Enrollments and would need to prepare accordingly. -Paid Training -Equipment is provided.

Cons

-No Commission -Not much flexibility with Schedule

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
