      Pros

      The starting salary is above average for the area and bonus incentives are great. Full benefits for FT and even some benefits for PT. There is lots of opportunity for growth. The co-workers and staff are wonderful. They are really good working with school students on scheduling.

      Cons

      Very few downsides. You do need to be flexible to work whatever hours of operation your project has. This can be a late shift.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
