Pros

-Worked with many call centers and this one is just okay in terms of communications and employee management. -job security -On the job training -facilities

Cons

-Rules are rules - you must follow or else... -Compensation is not really competitive compared to other call centers in my state -Job demands

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
