      Teletech is a great company to work, where you can develop your skills and acquire new knowledge to become a more experienced employee in different areas. The Teletech University program is a real helpful tool, and if you take advantage on some of the courses offered there, you can develop and reach for amazing!

      Cons

      Sometimes there is not enough time to dedicate to your own development.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
